ZkSurvivors Terms of Service

1. Intellectual Property

All NFTs within the ZkSurvivors Collection are protected by intellectual property rights and are owned by the respective creators. No part of the NFTs, including but not limited to the artwork, metadata, or underlying code, may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or sold without the explicit permission of the respective creator.

2. Ownership and License

By purchasing or minting an NFT from the ZkSurvivors Collection, you acquire a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and display the NFT for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your license to any third party without the prior written consent of the Organization.

3. Use of the Collection

You agree to use the ZkSurvivors Collection in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement. You may not use the Collection for any illegal, unauthorized, or abusive purposes. The Organization reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Collection if you violate this Agreement.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The ZkSurvivors Collection is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied. The Organization does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Collection. You use the Collection at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organization shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the ZkSurvivors Collection.

The Organization reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to the Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting.
